Privacy notice — draft for owner review Updated October 11, 2026 Pauley Perspective handles information you provide when requesting a quote, communicating with us, signing a proposal, paying an invoice, or accessing project files. This may include names, contact and project addresses, project requirements, source files, correspondence, signature records and related timestamps, invoice information and payment references. Website security and access records may include technical information needed to protect the service. We use this information to evaluate inquiries, prepare estimates, perform agreed work, communicate about projects, administer payments and file delivery, maintain business records, and protect the website. Please provide only information you are authorized to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information in uploaded files. Service providers help operate these functions, including our website host, Supabase for database and storage, Google Workspace for documents and email, Stripe for payments, and security services used by the website. Information is shared with providers as needed for these purposes and may also be disclosed when required by law. Stripe handles card information through its payment interface; the CRM records payment references and status rather than full card numbers. Provider services have their own privacy notices. The website uses session and security mechanisms needed for authentication, private links and abuse prevention. Before enabling optional analytics or marketing tools, we will update this notice to describe them and any choices available. We do not use a client's project in public marketing or the portfolio without the permission required by our agreement. We retain project, financial and communication records for business needs and applicable obligations. Retention varies by record type. Private delivery links expire or can be revoked; that does not erase business records or copies already downloaded. Please keep your own backups of delivered work. You may contact mike@pauleyperspective.com to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where available. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for contractual, accounting, security or legal purposes. No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security; keep private project links confidential. We may update this notice as our operations change.
