Website terms — draft for owner review Updated October 11, 2026 This website provides information about Pauley Perspective and a way to request services, review project documents, pay invoices and receive files. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve production time or create an accepted scope of work. The signed project proposal and any approved changes govern the specific project; if they conflict with this general notice, the project agreement controls. Unsigned proposals expire after 30 days unless a different period is stated or agreed in writing. Prices, deliverables, source information, review allowances, deadlines and payment terms must be confirmed in the project agreement. Production begins when the required signatures, deposit and source information have been received. Final deliverables are released after final approval and the final balance is confirmed paid, subject to the project agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials they are authorized to use. Missing or changed source information, added deliverables, redesigns and revisions beyond the agreed allowance may require a change order, additional cost or a revised schedule. We will confirm the proposed change before undertaking additional work. Visualization illustrates an agreed design intent. Images, materials, lighting and dimensions may differ from real-world conditions. Unless expressly included in the agreed scope and provided by appropriately qualified professionals, the work is not a substitute for engineering, surveying, permitting, construction documentation or verification on site. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are defined by the project agreement. Please do not redistribute source assets, third-party materials or deliverables beyond the rights granted. Public portfolio or marketing use of client projects requires the permission specified in the agreement. Keep signing, payment and delivery links private. Delivery links may have an expiration date or be revoked. Download and back up your final files promptly; the website is not a promise of indefinite file hosting. Revoking a link prevents future authorized access through that link but cannot recall copies already downloaded. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another client's records, bypass security, upload harmful files or interfere with service. Contact us if a private link is misdirected or exposed. Payment processing and Google services are subject to their respective provider terms. Refunds, cancellations and project-specific remedies should be addressed in the signed agreement rather than assumed from this website notice.
